Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help. We offer returns or exchanges within thirty (30) days of receiving your product (s). You can return the product(s) for credit, a refund to the original payment method or a product exchange.
Please note the following:
- Product(s) must be returned with the original packaging and documentation.
- Product (s) must be in new & unused condition with no signs of wear.
- Do not ship in FLUX packaging alone. Product(s) should be double boxed in the manner they were shipped from the manufacturer. Failure to do so may result in restock fee(s).
- Please include a physical copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that was sent to ensure quick processing. Shipment(s) without RMAs may not be accepted.
- Product(s) must be returned to FLUX within thirty (30) days of issue date.
- FLUX restock fee is 20%* (unless otherwise noted on the RMA). Restock fee is deducted from credit/refund.
